What this is
These terms govern your use of Pivotical — the website, the apps, the AI agents, and any related services. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
If something here is unclear, write to admin@pivotical.in and we will clarify it. If you don't agree, don't use Pivotical.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Pivotical, and at least 18 to set up your own account in jurisdictions that require it. If you're between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Pivotical is not designed for and not appropriate for use by anyone under 13.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and email security@pivotical.in immediately.
You can close your account at any time from inside the app. When you do, we follow the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.
What Pivotical is — and isn't
Pivotical is a personal health companion that helps you track conditions, medications, vitals, and recoveries; reads patterns from your data; and prepares records to share with your clinicians.
Pivotical is not a medical device, not a clinician, and not a replacement for professional medical care. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee outcomes. See the Medical Disclaimer for the long version.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pivotical to harm yourself or anyone else. Don't reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
Don't upload data on someone else's behalf without their consent — Pivotical is built for personal use and shared caregiver flows that we explicitly support.
Subscription & billing
Pivotical is a subscription product. The current plans, prices, and billing cycle are shown at signup and on the billing page in the app.
You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — partial-month refunds are described in the Refund & Billing document.
Your data
You own the data you put into Pivotical. We process it on your behalf and only as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your health data to train public AI models. We do not share it with advertisers, employers, or insurers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pivotical is provided 'as is.' We take security and reliability seriously, but we can't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our liability for any claim arising from your use of Pivotical is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation — in those, the limit is the smallest amount permitted by law.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
[PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] This section will cover the governing law, venue, and arbitration requirements for disputes. These terms will be governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes or the law requires. When we do, we update the date at the top and notify you in-app. Material changes get an email.
